We are looking for a Personal assistant to help with family needs.
Job description
- Managing all the household purchases, deliveries and returns
- Checking the stock of the household things and replenishing it
- Resolving when something is not working in the house (finding a
- handyman/specialist asap)
- Running errands for the family
- Researching destination,finding best options according to predefined criteria
- Booking flights, ground transportation, lodging, dining, activities
- Managing travel documentation, e.g. visas
- Managing the calendar, scheduling appointments, making reservations
- Writing emails, answering and making phone calls
- Management of domestic staff (hiring, signing contracts, payroll)
- Other project tasks
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a personal assistant of 2 years or more
- Fluent Portuguese and English languages (Russian is an advantage)
- Attention to details
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Management skills
- Multitasking
- Interpersonal skills and сommunication skills
- Ability to see what is coming and being proactive (e.g. getting Christmas presents in November)
- Flexibility in working hours
- Computer literacy
- Driving license, own car is an advantage.
