Our Global Digital Online Travel Agency platform connects adventurous customers/travellers with suppliers that provide exciting holidays and experiences. We require a skilled, articulate and enthusiastic individual to join our team to help on-board new suppliers to our exciting new OTA platform.

Job description

  • Plan and target camps/resorts to on-board and setup on our OTA platform
  • Manage email and telephone communications on initial reach out to camps/resorts (via our CRM platform)
  • Understand and target camps/resorts based on quality criteria such as booking value, quality of services, social & brand awareness – guidelines provided by sales director
  • Manage pipeline of prospective camps/resorts and ensure follow ups to maintain momentum on completing their listings
  • Manage the camp/resorts data on our OTA platform. Including but not limited to: Marketing information, pictures, room and activity rates, information relating to core services & experiences, pricing across all services
  • Provide first point of contact for resorts/camps
  • Ensure that descriptive information provided on our platform captures the “what” and “how” the camp/resort provides their services
  • The adventure tourism industry is not “one size fits all” and a creative, problem solving mind is needed to ensure that the information provided informs the customers and supports the sale conversion
  • Work with sales director to highlight challenges and develop out strategies for on-boarding camps/resorts. Feed such information back into the product team to help develop and evolve the service
  • Provide camps/resort with product demonstrations and training, educate resorts/camps on the booking process
  • Negotiate contracts and commission details
  • Ensure that targets for on-boarding camps are monitored and achieved
  • Develop relationships with camps/resorts
  • Monitor sales performance of resorts/camps
  • Promote resort/resort self-service support and maintenance

Job qualifications

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing and/or sales
  • MUST have good command of spoken and written ENGLISH language, proficiency in at least one other European language is also beneficial
  • At least 1 year of working experience. We also welcome fresh graduates to apply
  • Experience working within the travel industry
  • Immaculate telephone manners and communication skills
  • Personality traits – Good attitude, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, responsible, trustworthy, ethical and goal-focused.
  • Ability to deal with high volume of repetitive tasks
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Thoroughly pays attention to guidelines and follows procedures ensuring good quality of service
