Totemic Holdings Limited is a financial services company. We specialise in personal financial management and offer a wide range of products and services including insurances; mortgage and debt advice. We are looking for people to work in our Customer Support Hub in Lisbon

Job description

The role will consist in assisting our book of UK resident clients, via email and telephone, by monitoring and managing their Debt Repayment Plans

Job qualifications

- Excellent command of Written and Spoken English

- Computer Literate

- Good Communication and Negotiation Skills

- Good Team Spirit

- Dynamic and Proactive, always with a good, non-judgmental, attitude



- 6 Months Initial Contract

- Competitive Base Salary plus Lunch Allowance;

- Initial and Continuous Training

- 35 hours a week
