ICX Europe provides customer care with varying luxury fashion e-commerce sites of some of the world’s leading designers. Our brand-new office is conveniently located in the heart of Lisbon near Avenida metro station.
Qualifications and requirements
- Fluent in English, spoken and written (C1/2 or native)
- Superb communication skills
- Availability to work in shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 11am to 8pm, with two consecutive days off per week
- Computer Skills
- Multi-tasking skills
- Experience working in a customer service (or similar) role with contact center/office environment preferred, but not required
- Previous luxury fashion experience is an added value
