Basic knowledge of men´s fashion is a plus.

JOB requirements:

- To build and maintain healthy relationships with our clients by actively communicating with them via live chat, phone, email, and social media platforms

- Resolve issues efficiently and effectively while implementing internal procedures

- Work as a team player to achieve daily productivity and performance expectations

- Continuously improve service levels

- Shifts and rotating hours in order to support the fast growth
